Cara Hartley joined asphalt, crushing and screening manufacturer Parker Plant in 1999 as Sales Secretary progressing to PA to the Managing Director. In 2003 she moved to Trackline International as Office Administrator supplying Tracked Undercarriage. Cara joined Meckow in November 2008 as Office Manager.
